Between the Valence plain, the Drôme des collines and Isère, 1h30 from Lyon and just 1h from Grenoble, our Holiday cottage is located in Barbières. Its location will make your stay easier, as it's in the heart of the Monts du Matin, the westernmost relief of the Vercors. There are many beautiful roads to explore: Col de Tourniol, Col des Limouches, Col de Cavalli... and local Drôme specialities to discover. In the village: bar-tabac-restaurant, bakery-pastry shop, Market on the 2nd Saturday of each month, "Les Ateliers Magiques de Dany Lary" theater, impressive Barberolle river parade, ruins of the Château de Pellafol, hiking and mountain bike trails, riverside climbing site, flower garden (picnic tables and themed trail), Col de Tourniol road (1,145m, 12.5km, 729m vertical drop). Hikers will appreciate the hiking trails (GR de Pays Tour des Monts du Matin, Hiking in the footsteps of the Pellefols).

Our air-conditioned Holiday cottage is located on the property where we live in an adjoining part with our child and our dog. Once through the gate, you have your own entrance. We stayed here for 1 month, and our feedback was that it's pleasant, functional and comfortably adapted to couples, families with Kids or hikers, cycle-tourists, Bikers. 1st floor: living room (quality sofa bed 140x190cm), bedroom (160x200cm), shower room/wc. Outside: small west-facing private terrace, where you'll never tire of watching the sun set over the Ardèche, and private garden under development. To share: entrance via electric gate, closed bicycle shed, parking (enclosed courtyard). Our 4-legged friends are welcome. For the respect of our guests, we ask that excrement be picked up by the owners. Respecting this rule will ensure a pleasant vacation for all.
