In the vineyards of Crozes Hermitage, Sandrine and Jean-Stéphane welcome you to their typical, characterful 15th-century wine farm built of Rhône pebbles. Welcome to the Drôme des Collines, ideally situated between the Ardèche and Vercors, in the Rhône Valley and in the heart of the historic vineyards of the northern Rhône appellations: Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage and St Joseph. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet be close to major roads and towns: 5min from the A7 freeway exit n°13, 20min from Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, 15min from the Alixan TGV station and 8min from the Tain l'Hermitage TER station.

The house has 5 guest rooms with private bathrooms. On the first floor, L'HERMITAGE with a 140x190 bed, accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms: MARSANNE with 2x90x190, SYRAH with a 140x190 bed, CORNAS with a 140x190 bed and SAINT PERAY with 4 single beds including 1 bunk bed (4x90). Living room with kitchenette (induction hob, oven, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, kettle, sink...), dining area and sofas. The living room has a wood-burning stove and reversible air-conditioning. Enclosed grounds with garden and courtyard, garden furniture available, shared swimming pool open from May to September (5x10m, secured by a shelter, open from 10am to 8pm). Arrival between 4pm and 7pm. Guests staying in groups are kindly requested to respect the peace and quiet of the site.
