Surrounded by greenery, the Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of a detached building in an old farmhouse above the old bread oven. The interior has been carefully renovated, combining wood and stone. The sunny terrace and shady private garden provide a pleasant outdoor setting whatever the season. The Holiday cottage is located at the end of a country lane, at the foot of the Justin Forest and alongside a stream that flows into the Drôme river (1km away). The setting is magnificent, with panoramic views over the Glandasse massif (Vercors) and the Solaure plateau.
In the heart of nature, near the stream and at the start of Hiking trails, it's an ideal place to recharge your batteries. Just 5km from Die's City center, you can also easily take advantage of all the sporting, cultural and festive activities in the Pays Diois. Three yurts are also available for rent on site, as well as a bed and breakfast adapted for disabled people.

1st floor: a south-facing terrace overlooking the garden; living room with a seating area opening onto the terrace (dining table, sofa bed, armchairs, TV, CD/Bluetooth stereo system, games, wood-burning stove) with a panoramic window overlooking the Mountain; fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet.

2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 140x190), an attic loft with two single beds (1 bed 90x190 + 1 bed 80x190)

The holiday cottage features a private, fenced, and shaded garden covering 200m² with a large linden tree under which you’ll find a wooden table with benches and a hammock.
The holiday cottage is not overlooked (neither from the terrace nor from inside)

The accommodation is suitable for a family with 1 to 2 children or up to 4 adults.
For greater comfort, it is ideal for a couple or a group of 3 people.

Baby Equipment available upon request (Umbrella bed, high chair, changing pad, baby bathtub, potty, stair gate).

Dogs and cats are welcome (one pet per stay).
