The Dieulefit region, a land of hilltop villages and ancient fortresses, is renowned for its pottery and glass workshops, not to mention the famous Picodon, a small goat's cheese emblematic of the region. Pont-de-Barret's location is ideal for discovering the surrounding area: Saoû 10 min away, Le Poët-Laval 15 min, Bourdeaux 20 min, among many other charming villages. In the village: Thursday market, bakery, restaurants, bar-tabac, cellar, Swimming in the Roubion, climbing and Hiking.

Nestled in 3,000m² of wooded grounds, this single-storey house offers comfort and tranquility for a serene stay. You'll find a lovely, light-filled 40m² living room, ideal for sharing and relaxing. The house has 3 bedrooms with 2-metre-long beds, and can accommodate 3 double beds and 2 single beds (140x200cm) (160x200cm; 2x90x190cm) (180x200cm, TV). The corridor also leads to an independent shower room and separate WC. A laundry room is accessible from the basement. Outside, everything is designed for relaxation and leisure. Covered terrace, classic BBQ and gas plancha, parking on the property with 2-car carport, above-ground Piscine (open from June to September, secured by alarm, 1.20 m deep, accessible by 5 steps), pétanque court, darts, Breton shuffleboard.
