Located just 20 minutes south of Valence and 1h30 from Lyon, Grenoble and Avignon, this fully renovated 18th-century farmhouse combines old-world charm with modern comforts. Arranged in a U-shape around a pleasant outdoor area, it features 2 bedrooms and spacious living rooms, perfect for group stays.

Beds made on arrival and linen supplied. In summer, take advantage of a pleasant swimming pool, ideal for relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring the region: Upie Zoo (5 min), Réserve des Ramières (10 min), Crest medieval tower (20 min), accrobranche park (30 min), or the typical villages of the Drôme. Quick access via A7, N7, A49 or Valence-TGV station.

The cathedral-like space is laid out over 2 levels as follows. The entrance opens onto the living room with kitchen (50m²), next to the lounge (115m²), the bedroom with shower room (140x190, Italian shower). Upstairs: mezzanine, bedroom of almost 30m² with shower and toilet (queen-size bed 160x200, walk-in shower). You'll share with the guests of our second Holiday cottage: a pleasant, authentic enclosed courtyard to take full advantage of the property's idyllic setting, swimming pool (dim 12x5m, depth 1.4 to 2m, open from April to September depending on weather), laundry room/summer kitchen (22m²), parking, enclosed courtyard, porch and gate, and an independent entrance.
