The Petit Viopis gîte offers an authentic, peaceful retreat nestled in the heights of the delightful commune of Barsac. Nestled in a tranquil environment and surrounded by nature, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the majestic surrounding mountains. A charming flower-filled terrace is ideal for al fresco dining, while a shared garden with the owner adds a touch of serenity to your stay.
The gîte is ideally situated in this secluded hamlet, in the heart of the Clairette de Die vineyards, with breathtaking views of the 3 Becs mountain range. The semi-detached house has its own entrance and independent terraces for your comfort. The tranquil setting invites you to relax, while offering easy access to a host of outdoor activities such as canoeing and swimming nearby.

You enter via a charming sunny terrace leading to the kitchen. Down a step is a living area with a comfortable sofa bed for two. The hallway then leads to two bedrooms: the first with two 90x190 beds, the second with a 140x190 bed, and a recently renovated bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside, down below, Patrice invites you to enjoy his garden with its breathtaking views of the Trois Becs, and a second covered terrace.
