Upstairs: 2 through bedrooms with 1x140 with 2 wardrobes and reversible air-conditioning and the second bedroom with 2x90, 2 shelves and a desk, a shower room with WC. A lovely shaded courtyard with a large 30m² covered terrace with ping-pong table and small gazebo under lime trees with picnic area. Garage for motorcycles available.
