We fell under the spell of this estate with its rich history, dating back to the 17th century. It's a place where you feel good from the moment you arrive: the independent Holiday cottage is welcoming, the terrace invites you to relax and the Piscine is a delight for all, family and friends alike.

The Rainvert estate, whose origins date back to the 17th century, has been transformed over the centuries. The Holiday cottage, built in 1829, retains all its old-world charm: irregular stone staircases, low period doors (watch your head!) and an adjoining chapel, built under Napoleon III.

Ideally located between Montélimar and Avignon, at the crossroads of the Drôme, Vaucluse, Gard and Ardèche regions, it's only 30 minutes from Vaison-la-Romaine, Grignan, Nyons and Orange, or 10 minutes from Suze-la-Rousse.

You'll enjoy a vast choice of excursions, sporting and cultural activities, fragrant Provencal markets and the authentic landscapes of the Baronnies and Garde-Adhémar. Not forgetting the prestigious crus of the southern Rhône Valley: Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise or Châteauneuf-du-Pape, perfect for wine lovers.

The Holiday cottage is totally independent and not overlooked. You'll enjoy a courtyard and private terrace, shaded by a wisteria.

First floor: entrance with fitted kitchen and dining area, TV lounge. Separate toilet accessible from outside.
1st floor: two bedrooms with double beds (1x160) (1x140), bathroom (bath and toilet).
2nd floor: two attic bedrooms, one with two single beds (2x90), the other with a double bed and two pull-out single beds (1x140 + 2x90), private bathroom with toilet.

All rooms have reversible air-conditioning.
To be shared with the owners: a Piscine open from May to September, weather permitting, unheated 10x5m, depth 1m4, secured by an alarm. Terrace with deckchairs, pétanque court and wooded park.

Owners live on site. Parking on the property, 2 sheltered spaces.
Easy access, 15 minutes from the A7 motorway. Many local shops in the village.
