At the gateway to the Ardèche and Vaucluse regions, you're right in the middle of the Rhône Valley. Within a 10-20 min radius, there's something for everyone: Valdaine golf course, La Garde-Adhémar, Notre-Dame d'Aiguebelle Abbey, accrobranche, the hilltop villages of Valdaine, Grignan (château and festival), the crocodile farm... In the village: café/restaurant, bakery, hairdresser, winery, equestrian center. Easy access to major routes N7 and A7 (exit n°18 Montélimar-sud 5min away).

For your exclusive use and adjoining the gîte: covered terrace, 2,000m² enclosed garden, gated parking on the property, including 1 sheltered parking space. To share with us and without vis-à-vis: swimming pool with high sliding cover, open from April to October depending on the weather, 8x4m and progressive bottom from 1m to 1.70m with staircase. The gîte is adjoining our house, so you have independent access for your car, and our outdoor spaces face away from you, so you won't be overlooked. The 2 tricks up your sleeve?
