You'll be staying in the heart of a 13-hectare winegrowing estate, where you'll have the chance to taste the wines produced on the estate and discover the world of winegrowing and winemaking through our discovery workshops. Located on the outskirts of the village of Tulette, 10 minutes from the town center, which boasts all amenities, shops and services. Drôme provençale is the perfect destination for discovering the Ardèche, Vaucluse and Gard departments. The hilltop villages are well worth a visit. Many of the region's products have become must-sees: olives, nougat, apricots, Rhône Valley wines, lavender and the famous Tricastin black truffle. Treat yourself to a comfortable villa for a weekend or a bucolic vacation, 20 minutes from exit n°19-Bollène (A7).

With its 350 m², 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, discover this little corner of paradise where everything has been designed to ensure you have a comfortable stay in the best possible conditions. On the ground floor: the entry hall leads to the walk-in closet, the sports hall, the billiards room, a series of living areas (the movie room, the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, and the dining area), a wheelchair-accessible bedroom with private bathroom (1x160), a separate restroom, and the boiler room/laundry room. Upstairs: landing with a sitting area, sofas, and a piano; 6 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms (1x160, 1x90, shower room/toilet) (1x160) (1x160) (1x160) (2x90) (1x160, 1x90, shower room/toilet), separate bathroom/toilet. For your exclusive use: parking, terrace, above-ground pool open from April 15 to October 15, and a fenced-in pool area with a lockable gate (15x7m) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., plus a selection of games for all ages. The semi-detached house is attached to ours, but you have your own driveway and no neighbors directly across the way. For the little ones: baby beds, high chairs, baby monitor, mattresses, potty, and baby bathtub.
