In the heart of the Valence/Romans/Crest triangle, at the gateway to the Vercors Park, lies our guest house, a warm and relaxing former silkworm farm dating from 1837. We've imagined our new home to be welcoming, convivial, rejuvenating and open to our guests, family and friends, as well as to local events (concerts, temporary exhibitions, etc.). As ambassadors for "Drôme c'est ma nature", we'll be delighted to help you discover the riches of our region. You'll find us just 15 minutes from the A49 and A7 motorways and the Valence-TGV train station.
This 13-person bed and breakfast has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are air-conditioned. 1st floor: the VERCORS 2-person room (double bed 180x200 or 2 single beds 90x200, private shower room/wc), the air-conditioned ARDECHE 2-person room (double bed 160x200, private bathroom/wc, independent access from outside), the PROVENCE 5-person family room (double bed 140x190) (double bed 160x200 + a sofa-bed 80x190) private shower room/wc on the landing. 2nd floor: air-conditioned room ESPACE DROME sleeps 4 (double bed 160x200, 2 single beds 80x200). Ground floor: communal areas (sitting area, relaxation area, piano, breakfast room with wood-burning stove). Outside: enclosed courtyard, approval garden, kitchen garden, orchard, ping-pong, billiards, soccer cages, volleyball and badminton nets, molkky, pétanque balls, croquet. On reservation and with supplement: privatization of the Grange aux Chouettes (80m² air-conditioned space including a lounge area and a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, wood-burning stove, double sink, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cellar), sauna 2/4 people. No TV. For little ones: 1 cot, 2 Umbrella beds, booster seat, 3 high chairs, potty.

1st floor: air-conditioned 2-person bedroom with independent outside access and private bathroom/wc with shower and bathtub. Queen-size bed (160x200cm), sitting area, window overlooking the Countryside, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle. Shower, bath, washbasin, hanging toilet, mirror, socket, hairdryer.

2nd floor: 42m² air-conditioned family room for up to 4 people. For 2, 3 or 4 people, it's laid out like a vast living space, where you'll be at home - with us, among our books and board games: lounge area with TV screen (Wii / DVD player), one queen-size bed 160x200cm and two single beds 80x200cm. Library and games area. Direct access to the private bathroom: shower (thermostatic tap, overhead shower and hand shower), washbasin with under-sink storage, toilet, mirror, socket, hairdryer.

On the 1st floor: this room can become a superb "family suite", with 2 communicating bedrooms: the first bedroom has a queen-size bed 160x200cm and a sofa-bed 80x190cm; the second bedroom has a bed 140x190cm, a table and two armchairs with a view of the Vercors. The en-suite shower room/wc is located on the landing and features a jet shower cubicle with thermostatic tap, bathtub, wall-hung toilet, washbasin with under-sink storage, mirror, power sockets, towel warmer and hairdryer.

Nous souhaitons en effet offrir à nos voyageurs se déplaçant dans un cadre professionnel un lieu calme et confortable, propice à la détente ; un lieu qui ne ressemble pas à l'hôtel d'hier ou à celui de demain ! Anaid Un lieu qu'on quitte à regret
Deux nuits dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel. J’ai des critères précis et l’habitude des belles adresses : celle-ci en a largement sa place. La maison est d’une tenue irréprochable-entretien, literie, matériaux, rien n’a été laissé au traitement approximatif. La table est du même niveau : produits choisis, exécution maîtrisée. L’accueil est précis et mesuré. Un lieu qui travaille bien, sans chercher à plaire. C’est précisément ce qui le distingue. Notation maximale méritée.

Accueillir des voyageurs en déplacement professionnel est pour nous un véritable plaisir. Nous savons par nos expériences professionnelles passées, ô combien il est important de pouvoir se ressourcer dans un lieu calme, confortable et bénéficiant d'un accueil discret et personnalisé. JMGM Agréable étape dans ce grand domaine !
Très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, grande chambre, grande salle pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner, Anne nous sert un très bon repas avec des spécialités de la Drôme ainsi que des produits de producteurs proches, bons petits déjeuners avec gâteau maison apprécié. La préoccupation d’Anne, faire tout pour que ses hôtes se sentent bien et passent un bon séjour même court !!
