Treat yourself to a few days between Drôme Provençale and Diois, in the heart of a 25-hectare estate with swimming pool, gym, massage room, jeu de boules and 360° views! The perfect opportunity to pamper yourself. Everything is conducive to relaxation under the extreme benevolence of the owners. Completely renovated by Hélène and Fabien, the tone is set with ultra-high-end materials, furnishings and equipment and luxury services. The dining room, living room, library and pool house are the 2 focal points of the house. 2 places where life is good! Take advantage of the Provençal climate to enjoy a swim from a privileged vantage point. On the property truffle trees, woods, lavender, paths, unsecured water point.
The 80m² living room, bathed in light thanks to large windows, is freely accessible (kitchen, living room, games library). Each room has its own universe. All are accessible on one level, with air-conditioning, TV, walk-in shower and separate toilet. 3 BECS (adjoining the living room): 180x200. ROCHE-COLOMBE (off the corridor leading to the gym): 2x90x200. COUSPEAU: 2x90x200. ROC (independent access to private terrace): 2x90x200. LES TRUFFIÈRES (independent access to private terrace): 180x200, attic mezzanine for cocooning lounge area.
