Welcome to our 1850 family home! Holiday cottage des Moutiers is in the eastern part of the house, where the sheepfold and coach house once stood. We live on site, but you have your own entrance. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, 3 steps with ramp lead to the living room, then the hallway (5 steps with ramp) leads to the 2 bedrooms (2x80x200) (140x190 and French windows to the outside), shower room and separate toilet. Outside: on-property parking, shady east-facing terrace with pergola, wisteria and parasols, ping-pong table, garden, laundry room with washing machine, freezer and bike storage. In the village of Allex: Pharmacy, mini-market, bakeries, pizzeria, tobacconist, post office, hairdresser, vending machine, Valence-Crest bus line no. 28. We've been welcoming our guests with passion and kindness for over 20 years.
