Remarkably well located 45 min from Valence, 1h from Grenoble and only 10 min from Saint-Jean-Royans where you'll find all the shops and services, the house will be the starting point for your excursions through the Royans and the Vercors massif. In the Vercors Natural Park, on the border with Isère, this summer and winter playground will delight nature lovers with its many walks and discoveries: the aqueduct and paddle steamer at Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans, the colorful houses suspended on the valley side and the water museum at Pont-en-Royans, the Choranche and Thaïs caves, the Carmes convent at Beauvoir-en-Royans. Not forgetting the prestigious routes through the Bourne gorges, the Petits et Grands Goulets, Combe Laval, the ski resorts (Font d'Urle, Herbouilly, Col de Rousset), the many local and gourmet specialties: ravioles du Dauphiné, Grenoble walnuts, Vercors-Sassenage blue cheese, Vercors rainbow and fario trout.
Discover this charming, air-conditioned, single-storey gîte for your stay in the peace and quiet of Royans, at the gateway to the Vercors. It benefits from a verdant setting in a beautiful 3,200m² wooded and flower-filled property. The Bournières gîte is attached to our house, with a separate entrance and the following layout: air-conditioned kitchen/living room, air-conditioned bedroom with shower room/wc (160x190cm). There's a private terrace facing south-west. A shed for bikes and motorcycles is at your disposal. To share with us: the garden, gated parking, outdoor spa open weather permitting. Enjoy sweet moments with your loved ones when you return from your walks! The gîte is attached to our house, but we're happy to be discreet. We'd love to welcome you, and we'll respect your privacy, so you can enjoy a pleasant, relaxing stay. Come in and feel at home!

Hervé et Anne les vacances idéales
A notre arrivée nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Simone et Jean-Jacques. Les propriétaires sont adorables, attentionnés, amoureux de leur région. Nous avons profité de leurs jardin et jacuzzi avec en prime les boissons offertes. Les vacances idéales.
Le gite est parfait, confortable, propre, au calme, idéalement situé et propice aux vacance reposantes.

Simone Expérience inoubliable
Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis les bienvenus lorsque nous avons été accueillis par l'hôtesse. Le gîte était propre, confortable et entièrement équipé. Nous avons apprécié le jardin, qui offrait beaucoup d'intimité et d'ombre. Nous aimerions revenir.

Veronique et Jeroen Un petit coin de paradis
Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires des Bournières Simone et Jean-Jacques les bras ouverts et avec des bons produits locaux dans la maison.
Et tout au long de notre séjour ils nous ont témoignés attention et intérêts.
Les Bourniéres sont un emplacement idéal tant pour les loisirs (randos et visites diverses) que pour les aspects pratiques (courses)
Le gite est tout confort, nous avons apprécié en particulier le terrasse où il fait se détendre. Il est même possible de profiter du jacuzzi dans le jardin mis à la disposition des hôtes.
Nous recommandons à tous ce magnifique gîte.

Tilleul Très beau gite dans un cadre magnifique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau gite où nous avons été accueillis par Simone et Jean-Jacques très chaleureusement et où absolument rien ne manque.
