This detached house is located in the heart of the Drôme des Collines region. A region that offers a multitude of sporting and cultural activities.

The landscapes are varied and unspoilt, and nature-lovers will love them for Hiking, cycling or horse-riding. There are many tourist attractions to discover, including the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives (5 mins), Saint Antoine l'Abbaye, the Cité de la Chaussure in Romans-sur-Isère (30 mins) and famous factory outlets (Lafuma in Anneyron, Porcelaines Revol or Jars in Saint Uze). Climbing park (2 min.), visit to the goat farm (1 min.).

First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with dining area and sitting area, TV, relaxation area with Sauna and Italian shower, wc.
First floor: landing converted into a TV lounge with reversible air-conditioning and three convertible "chauffeuse" type armchairs (3x90), three bedrooms, two of which have sloping ceilings. Each room is equipped with two twin beds that can form a double bed (2x90 or 1x180x200), shower room and toilet.

Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, private Spa and small waterfall. Direct access to the Galaure river from the Holiday cottage, via a small path and a few steps. Just 50m from the Holiday cottage, you'll come to a waterfall that's very pleasant in summer.

Parking on the property, not enclosed. Pets allowed except in bedrooms.
