Small, friendly corner of the Drôme, close to the Vercors and major communication routes: the A7 is 10km away, the A49 21km and the TGV train station 17km. Housed in an old farmhouse, close to the owners' house, at the foot of a wooded hill. Our Holiday cottage is nestled in the heart of an organic farm inherited from the family, with a store dedicated entirely to organic produce (vegetables, creamery, meats, charcuterie, groceries) produced on site or by organic producers in a short circuit. Duplex studio on second floor with independent access via private terrace. Large living room with open-plan kitchen, shower room, separate toilet. Mezzanine with sleeping area (1x140) (1x90). A laundry room is available on the first floor. Outside, a summer kitchen is available for fine weather.
The Holiday cottage is equipped with a green-up plug for recharging electric cars.

Diese Oase beginnt mit einem wunderschönen, ungeteerten Zufahrtweg zu den wenigen Häusern des Weilers, ein wunderschönes Gebäude-Ensemble zwischen Gärtnerei/Bauernhof mit Hühnern, Schafen, (Arbeits-)Pferden und Wäldchen. Es war für 2 Personen genau die richtige (Wohnungs-)Größe mit einfacher, aber zweckmäßiger und liebevoller Ausstattung. Besonders die Abend-Terrasse mit großem Esstisch ist zu erwähnen. Bei Außentemperaturen von 40 °C und Schlafen direkt unter dem Dach, war es auch ohne Klimaanlage noch auszuhalten (heiß war es natürlich schon!). Gefallen hat uns das einfache und unkomplizierte Laden des Elektroautos über eine 230-V-Steckdose direkt am Haus. Hervorzuheben ist die Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Hofladen, positiv moderne Wirtschaftsgebäude mit Photovoltaik. Die Folien-Gewächshäuser stören etwas das Landschaftsbild. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne (unaufdringliche) Kontakt mit den Besitzern.

Dugesclin Une retraite bucolique
Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons apprécié ce havre de tranquillité. Les propriétaires sont attentifs mais discrets. Le gite est un bon camp de base pour explorer cette très belle région.
