Coco is a charming house with vibrant colors and a warm ambience, set in the heart of a green setting. The owner, an artist at heart, has poured all her creativity into creating a unique and inspiring experience. Each space reflects her world, with particular attention paid to details and materials. Mosaic enthusiasts will be particularly enchanted: the owner offers to share her passion and organize creative moments with her, for an authentic artistic immersion.

The region has much to offer: the old perched village of La Laupie and the Chapelle Saint-Michel de La Laupie, the typical landscapes of the Drôme provençale, Montélimar with its nougat, its Château and the European Fighter Aviation Museum. Nature lovers will appreciate the Marsanne Forest, ideal for Hiking or accrobranche. Nearby, characterful villages such as Grignan and its Château, or Crest and its Tour (the highest medieval tower in France), are well worth a visit. The Zoo d'Upie completes the list of unmissable family outings.

The Coco holiday cottage is located in a peaceful, lush green setting, surrounded by nature. You’ll have a parking space right in front of the cottage, a separate entrance, and a private garden area.
Outside, you’ll share several hectares of land and a Piscine (secured by a gate) with two other holiday cottages, Sous les Étoiles and Octopus. The owner practices sustainable lawn care, fostering a particularly rich and well-preserved variety of flora and fauna.
The holiday cottage consists of a living area with an open-concept kitchen and living room, which also includes a first sleeping area with a Bed 90x190.
Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with a 160x190 bed has its own private bathroom with a toilet and TV.
