The Holiday cottage "Chez Stéph" is laid out on one level as follows: living room with TV opening onto the kitchen thanks to a half wall serving as a bar with stools (built-in microwave and oven, separate refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms (with 2x80x200 bedding, which can be twinned into 160x200 beds), shower room and separate toilet. For your exclusive use, the house with its private Piscine (part fenced in around the house and pool, entry through secure electric gate) and partly fenced grounds of 1900m2. A 15m² covered terrace on the kitchen side with gas plancha overlooking the swimming pool, secure parking in the private courtyard for 2 vehicles, ground with pétanque balls for all, badminton net+rackets, card and board games..., beautiful private swimming pool with steps (max depth 1.43m, secured via bar cover, open from June to September).
