The immediate surroundings: Romans-sur-Isère—the historic center, the Shoe Museum, brands on Avenue de la République, the Jacquemart Tower, and the Saint Barnard Collegiate Church (15 min), the paddlewheel boat, the aqueduct, Thaïs Cave, and the Garden of Petrifying Fountains in Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans (15 min), the Joly Paddock leisure complex (Hostun, 15 min), the Valence-Saint-Didier Golf Course (18 holes, 20 min), the Combe d’Oyans, the banks of the Isère River, and the Rochefort-Samson orientation and observation point. The CHEZ NICOLE holiday cottage has been freshly renovated and is ready to welcome its first guests! Set in a charming old farmhouse where every corner seems to have been designed to offer a seamless flow, privacy, and aesthetic appeal, it features a beautiful 300 m² central courtyard. The entrance to this courtyard is shared with our home and provides access to both our house and your vacation home, while ensuring your privacy and peace of mind. Spread over two levels, the holiday cottage offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant, air-conditioned stay. On the ground floor: you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living room with a smart TV, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms that each sleep three people await you, one of which features its own private bathroom and toilet. The large beds are configured as follows: (160x200 cm; 90x200 cm) (180x200 cm, 90x200 cm). Outside: private above-ground Piscine (8×4m, depth 1.38m, secured with a mesh cover), foosball table, darts, and ping-pong table; unfenced garden. Parking is available on the property. For your convenience, bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay housekeeping are included. Families with young kids are, of course, welcome: a high chair and an Umbrella bed will be provided.
