The Holiday cottage is located at the foot of the hilltop village of Montclar-sur-Gervanne. From the top of the butte de Montclar, you can dominate the entire Gervanne. The castle has disappeared, but the 12th-century Romanesque church still stands, in front of a breathtaking circular panorama stretching from the Vercors to the Bourdeaux region.

Beaufort sur Gervanne is less than 5 minutes away, a lively little village with a community grocery store and an artisanal organic chocolate factory. You'll be 10 minutes from Mirabel and Blacons (bakeries, restaurants...), 20 minutes from Crest (with its keep, the highest in France) and Saillans (route de la Clairette de Die).

Numerous sporting activities: Hiking and mountain biking (from the Holiday cottage), Swimming 10 minutes away in the Drôme or Gervanne rivers, canoeing, canyoning, climbing, gliding; and cultural activities: hilltop villages, local markets, producers' farms, natural sites, etc.

First floor: single-storey dwelling. Entrance to living room with TV lounge, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove. Access to terrace from living room. Utility room with washing machine. Three bedrooms: one with a double bed (1x140), TV and dressing room, the other with two single beds (2x90) and the last with two single beds (1x90 + 1x120), bathroom (double washbasin, shower cubicle), separate toilet.

A 40m² terrace with unobstructed views of the mountains and Countryside, garden furniture and sun loungers, gas plancha.

Holiday cottage adjoins a farm shed. A kennel is located opposite the entrance to the dwelling, the two dogs are very calm and are not there in summer. Twenty or so free-range hens on the property and a rooster (unfenced). Hen house below the Holiday cottage.
The access road provides parking for 2 or 3 cars (one sheltered space) and Public parking lot 60m away.
Underfloor heating. No internet box, but good telephone network.
