This recently renovated gîte is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Marsanne. Comfortable and well-equipped, you'll appreciate its private swimming pool, terrace and garden, all unoverlooked. Less than 2 hours from Lyon, Grenoble and Avignon, you're on the left bank of the Rhône, south of the Drôme valley, west of the Diois, in the Drôme provençale. A visit to Marsanne will take you back in time (ruined keep, belfry, remains of fortifications, chapels), while the local forest is home to many remarkable animal and plant species. There's also an educational discovery trail and an adventure park. Within a 30-minute radius, you'll find a host of attractions: hilltop and medieval villages, castles, artisan potters, swimming and relaxing in the Roubion and Jabron rivers, the Aleyrac and Roynac passes, the Saoû forest, the Valdaine golf course, not to mention the Marsanne grape variety, a wine from the northern Côtes du Rhône.

One bedroom with double bed (1x160), private shower room/WC. One bedroom with one double and one single bed (1x160 + 1x90), private shower room. One bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, one of which is a bunk bed (1x160 + 2x90), private shower room, separate toilet + Baby bed. Italian shower in each bathroom. Reversible air-conditioning in every room. Direct access from the living room to a spacious sheltered terrace: dining area, relaxation area, gas plancha. Private Piscine (May to Sept, weather permitting, 8x3.5m, 1m4 deep, fenced with lockable gates), shower and wc, poolside. Holiday cottage on the first floor of a year-round rental. 2 parking spaces in the courtyard. For people with reduced mobility, an elevator to the Holiday cottage is available on request.
