You'll find yourself at the foot of the Vercors massif, overlooking the Rhône Valley and the Ardèche. You'll enjoy a detached house with a green, flower-filled area. You'll be 20min from Romans (international shoe museum) and 30min from Valence. 20min away is St Nazaire en Royans (gateway to the Vercors Regional Nature Park), famous for its paddle-boat excursions in summer. The gîte is ideally situated for a wide range of walks and hikes, as well as magnificent cycling routes.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room, dining area and sitting area: sofa, TV. separate wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, the first with two single beds (2x90), the second with a double bed (1x140), shower room/wc. Garden furniture in the shade of the mulberry tree, barbecue. Private Piscine (open from June 1 to Sept. 30, 8x4m, 1m5 deep, flat bottom, fenced). Carport.

Cette maison familiale a été transformé en gite en 1988 par mes parents Mimi et Max.
Avec ma femme, qui est native de Saint Vincent nous avons repris le flambeau en 2020 et avons eu envie de continuer à faire vivre cette maison.
Nous serons heureux de vous y accueillir.

Monige une semaine avec nos petites filles
Malgré une météo mitigée, ns avons passé un excellent séjour. Gite confortable, bien aménagé et calme. Ns avons apprécié la piscine sécurisée et la température de l'eau, les propriétaires très accueillants que ns remercions pour leurs petites attentions.
