Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house (an 18th-century farmhouse) in a quiet, leafy setting. Separate entrance and private terrace. First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room. Sitting area with sofa and TV. Separate WC. 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with 2x90 or 1x180x200 adjustable beds and sitting area. Private bathroom in each room (Italian shower and washbasin) and separate WC. Shared Piscine (11x6m, max. 1m2 deep + Beach, open May 1 to Sept. 30, weather permitting, unheated, fenced).
