In Drôme provençale, just 1 hour from Valence and Avignon and bordering the Ardèche, Vaucluse and Gard, the Benedicta gîte will be ideal as a pied à terre for discovering the region's most beautiful sites and enjoying Provence, or simply for a rest in a pleasant, beautiful and intimate setting. Vaison-la-Romaine, la Garde-Adhémar, Grignan, Nyons, the Ardèche gorges, the wine route, medieval villages and castles, Provencal markets are just some of the many ideas for discovering the region. Nearby: the belvedere offers a bird's-eye view of the plain.

Benedicta is on the first floor of Sarah and Florent's home, with a lovely view of the trees. Air-conditioned living room-lounge-kitchen opening onto the 18m² south-facing terrace covered by a pergola, an east-west-facing air-conditioned bedroom (160x200) with dressing room and comfortable study area, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. The outdoor space is enclosed, with independent access and a private terrace. The Piscine is to be shared with the tenants of a second Holiday cottage (5x10m, open from June 15 to September 15, weather permitting, secured by a sliding cover, 150m from the Holiday cottage). You'll be charmed, Sarah and Florent will just make you want to come back.
