The entrance hall (1 step) opens onto the 2 adjoining living rooms of almost 60m² (living room/kitchen and lounge). Shower room with toilet. Upstairs (staircase with ramp): spacious landing (36m²) with numerous Kids' gaming rooms and sleeping facilities (3x90, 1x120), 2 bedrooms (140x190cm) (140x190cm), shower room/wc. Outside, just for you: 16m² covered terrace, garden, parking, unfenced property with goats and dogs nearby, unobstructed view. Your vacation at Le Beau Brunet, in the Countryside with a real disconnect: there's no Internet and the 3G/4G connection is very limited and temperamental in 2 places on the property. For the little ones: high chair, Umbrella bed, bathtub. Please leave the Holiday cottage as clean and tidy as when you arrived. In the event of insufficient cleaning, additional cleaning hours may be billed or deducted from the security deposit.
