In the heart of the Drôme des Collines region, you'll be surrounded by the countryside and birdsong. Annie and Serge welcome you to their newly renovated gîte. The area abounds in leisure activities. Don't miss Facteur Cheval's Palais idéal in Hauterives, a unique work of art, the fruit of one man's creative vision and perseverance. The Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye abbey, an architectural gem from the Middle Ages, enchants visitors with its majesty and history. For a refreshing dip, Lac de Champos and its beach are just 10 minutes away (water slides, pedal boat, paddling pool, water jets). Treat yourself to local products such as raviole du Dauphiné, pogne de Romans or the famous caillette. Pair these delicacies with a regional wine (Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph...). Tain l'Hermitage is 30 minutes away, where you can visit the Cité du Chocolat Val'Rhôna. Equidistant, Romans sur Isère, with its international shoe museum and Marque Avenue.

Garden level: entrance to living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area (sofas, armchairs, TV), bedroom with double bed (1x160) offering direct access to terrace, shower room (Italian shower, washbasin) and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x140) and a small desk and the other with a double bed (1x160), a bathroom/wc (bath). Enclosed grounds with trees 550m², ideal for children. Terrace with garden furniture, plancha and sun loungers. Petanque court. For youngsters: slide, swing, sandpit. Parking and parking along the private road at the entrance to the gîte. A spring-water basin is located in the grounds (low wall height 90cm to 1m). Laundry room with washing machine and bike room.
