This family home has been completely renovated and designed to welcome you comfortably in a friendly atmosphere. The owners live just a few yards from the gîte. You'll be surrounded by the countryside and hills of the surrounding area. Many activities are available to you: cultural visits (the famous and astonishing Palais Idéal du facteur Cheval, the Abbey of Saint-Antoine), sporting outings (hiking or cycling, the Champos lake 10min away for swimming and other aquatic activities, international jumping), or culinary tastings (wine, truffles, fruit, ravioles, pogne...). 30min away is Tain l'Hermitage, where you can visit the Cité du Chocolat ValRhôna and taste the famous Hermitage hillside wines. Drôme des Collines is 1h30 from Lyon and 30 min north of Romans-sur-Isère (International Shoe Museum and Marque Avenue). Can accommodate 12 people, €20/night per extra person. Garden level: entrance to living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area (sofas, armchairs, TV), bedroom with double bed (1x160) offering direct access to terrace, shower room (Italian shower, washbasin) and separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms in all. One with a double bed (1x140), the other with a double bed (1x140) and desk, a dormitory with 4 single beds including two bunk beds (4x90) and the last one with a double bed (1x160), bathroom with toilet (small bath). Enclosed grounds with trees 550m², ideal for families with children. Terrace with garden furniture, plancha and sun loungers. Petanque court. For children: slide, swing, sandpit. Private roadside parking at the entrance to the gîte. A spring-water pool is located in the grounds (low wall height 90cm to 1m). Laundry room with washing machine and bike room.
