In the foothills of the Vercors, in a renovated 15th-century building, from the moment you step into your Holiday cottage, you'll be exploring nature, characterful villages and local discoveries, before rediscovering the simplicity of a moment overlooking the mountains in the evening.

At the foot of the Vercors foothills and in the heart of the Monts du Matin, you'll be staying in a restored gîte in an old building dating back to the 15th century! (for the oldest part). Between the Drôme des Collines and the Vercors, a multitude of activities are on offer: Kids can marvel at the Grotte de Choranche, or have fun at the Joli Paddock, just 2 minutes from the gîte (Gravel Kart, E-draisienne, pétanque court and Ravito). While the suspended village of Pont-en-Royans offers an almost fairytale-like setting (with a stopover at the Museums de l'eau). Couples can enjoy the poetry of Facteur Cheval's Palais Idéal, a trip on the St Nazaire en Royans paddle-steamer or a stroll through the medieval streets of Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. Nature and sports enthusiasts will find their ideal playground between the spectacular, vertiginous roads of the Massif du Vercors, perfect for cycling or motorcycling, and the Hiking trails directly accessible from the Holiday cottage. As for culture and know-how enthusiasts, they can explore the industrial history of the Musée de la Chaussure or discover unique natural curiosities such as the Jardin des Fontaines Pétrifiantes and the mysterious Grotte Thaïs. Between sensations, discoveries and wonder, every traveler profile will find a reason to extend their stay here!

Renovated Holiday cottage with separate entrance, located in part of the owners' home. On the first floor: living room with dining area and TV lounge area, wood-burning stove, equipped kitchen with access to private terrace, laundry room and separate wc. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (150x190), second bedroom with two single beds or one double bed (2x80 or 160x190) and last bedroom with single bed (100x180) and private terrace. Bathroom (bath, washbasin), separate toilet. Outside: private north-west-facing terrace, ideal in summer as it stays cool: garden furniture, deckchair, electric plancha. On request: enclosed bicycle shed and outdoor playground equipment (table tennis table, trampoline, molkky, apparatus for adults). Parking above the property a few meters from the Holiday cottage entrance. Romans sur Isère, Valence TGV and Saint Marcellin are 15 minutes away. Valence center is 30 minutes away.
