This Holiday cottage is located on a beautiful property (an old mill) in a peaceful setting 2km from the center of Grignan. You'll appreciate the vast wooded park where two rivers cross: La Berre and La Grande Combe. Swimming is available. You can take advantage of the Piscine and petanque court, relax in the shade of the Chêneraie or daydream to the sound of the river.

Grignan is a lively city steeped in history. Situated on a rocky outcrop, its magnificent Renaissance château dominates the surrounding area. Numerous festivities are organized here throughout the year, including concerts and a letter-writing festival.

Don't forget to visit the typical villages of Drôme Provençale: La Garde Adhémar (a must-see), Chamaret, Chantemerle Lès Grignan and many others! Suze la Rousse, famous for its castle and the Université du Vin, is 20 minutes away, Nyons is 30 minutes and Montélimar, the land of nougat, is just around the corner.

Holiday cottage on one level, shared entrance with another 6-person cottage: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with dining area and lounge (sofa, armchairs, TV), 2 bedrooms, the first with two single beds or a double bed (2x90 or 1x180), the second with a double bed (1x160), shower room, wc. Reversible air-conditioning in the living room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.

Access to a wooded park with two rivers. Petanque court. Shared 10x5m Piscine with pool-house (open from June to September, weather permitting, set times [10am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm, not accessible on Saturdays in high season], possibility of private use 1 evening + 1 lunchtime /week), small summer kitchen area, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers. For Kids: swings and play area.
Bicycle shelter (padlock required). Parking on the property. 2 charging points for electric vehicles (11Kw and 3 Kw): €0.30 per Kh/H on declaration.
