This Holiday cottage is located on a beautiful property (an old mill) in a peaceful setting 2km from the center of Grignan. You'll appreciate the vast wooded park where two rivers cross: La Berre and La Grande Combe. Swimming is available. You can take advantage of the Piscine and petanque court, relax in the shade of the Chêneraie or daydream to the sound of the river.
Grignan is a lively city steeped in history. Situated on a rocky outcrop, its magnificent Renaissance château dominates the surrounding area. Numerous festivities are organized here throughout the year, including concerts and a letter-writing festival.
Don't forget to visit the typical villages of Drôme Provençale: La Garde Adhémar (a must-see), Chamaret, Chantemerle Lès Grignan and many others! Suze la Rousse, famous for its castle and the Université du Vin, is 20 minutes away, Nyons is 30 minutes and Montélimar, the land of nougat, is just around the corner.
Holiday cottage on one level, shared entrance with another 6-person cottage: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with dining area and lounge (sofa, armchairs, TV), 2 bedrooms, the first with two single beds or a double bed (2x90 or 1x180), the second with a double bed (1x160), shower room, wc. Reversible air-conditioning in the living room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.
Access to a wooded park with two rivers. Petanque court. Shared 10x5m Piscine with pool-house (open from June to September, weather permitting, set times [10am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm, not accessible on Saturdays in high season], possibility of private use 1 evening + 1 lunchtime /week), small summer kitchen area, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers. For Kids: swings and play area.
Bicycle shelter (padlock required). Parking on the property.

Een fijn verblijf in een gezellige omgeving.
5/5Deze gîte is smaakvol ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort. De airco houdt de woning op warme dagen koel. Ook al hadden we geen eigen terras, in de ruime tuin zijn meer dan genoeg hoekjes en kantjes met stoelen en tafels om buiten te aperitieven, een boek te lezen of een spel te spelen. Het zwembad is verzorgd en er is een mogelijkheid om de gasbarbecue te gebruiken. Kortom, op dit domein kom je niets tekort.
Bovendien werden we warm verwelkomd. Er stond bij aankomst lekkers op tafel en we sloten aan bij een gezellig en verzorgd aperitief bij de eigenaars, samen met de mensen die in de tweede gîte verbleven.
Grignan zelf is een gezellig dorp en bleek een mooie uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten en bezoeken in de ruime omgeving.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines au gîte Fille et Flo à Grignan (du 28 juin au 12 juillet).
Le logement est spacieux, très agréable à vivre et parfaitement équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite bien !
Les enfants ont adoré et se sont sentis comme chez eux, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné !Le gîte est aussi très bien situé pour découvrir la région, entre balades, visites et nature.
Un grand merci à Philippe et Florence pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse.
Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs, et l’envie de revenir un jour !À recommander les yeux fermés !

Très belle semaine à Grignan
4/5Très beau gîte, belle décoration très bon accueil des propriétaires avec invitation pour l'apéritif.
Piscine très chouette et très agréable avec la petite cuisine d'été juste à côté.
Le jardin au bord de la rivière avec un cadre exceptionnel et très bucolique.
Nous avons eu une météo superbe et avons pu visiter et profiter de la piscine.
Grignan est tout proche et c'est un magnifique village très agréable avec un beau marché le mardi.
Vacances super agréables.
Je recommande ce gîtes avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et soucieux du confort des locataires. Merci pour tout.- Cleanliness 5/5
