Adjoining a second apartment: Ground floor: entrance to living room with kitchenette (hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine), dining area, sofa bed (1x140), TV, shower room and separate toilet. 1st floor: small attic bedroom with double bed (1x140) and bedroom with single bed (1x90).
From the living room: a private terrace with garden furniture, overlooking part of the village, the Château des Gipières and the Mountain. Here, the vacation spirit of yesteryear takes center stage with a sober, functional layout, perfect for those seeking to disconnect and take full advantage of outdoor activities and the benefits of the Thermal baths. Parking approx. 50m away. Access to the Holiday cottage via a gentle slope and a few steps. Common room with wifi connection. 500m from the gîte, free access to the municipal Piscine, open from June 28 to August 30, every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
