Just 2 km from the village of Montoison, Domaine du Cocher welcomes you to one of its three brand-new, lovingly furnished Holiday cottages. Between Valence, Crest and Livron-sur-Drôme, you'll be in the heart of an ideal region for a mix of relaxation, nature and discovery. The location means you can easily travel between the Rhône and Drôme valleys, while enjoying the tranquility of the Countryside. Less than 20 minutes away: the Saoû Forest and its famous perched syncline, the Trois Becs cliffs, local markets, hilltop villages and the Ramières nature reserve. In terms of leisure activities, Upie Zoo, Lorient Park and Étoile Park 26 are all within easy reach. A practical and pleasant address for discovering all the facets of the Drôme.

The 3 gîtes are on the north wing of our house. Gîte 1 is the most westerly and is located on the first floor (12 steps with ramp). The independent entrance opens onto an air-conditioned living room with kitchenette and sitting area, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with TV and storage (1x160x200) (2x80x200 can be twinned), shower room/wc. You'll enjoy 40m² of fully-equipped space just for you. To share with our guests: parking, petanque court, garden. As a family, a couple, alone or with friends, for a weekend or a longer stay, we welcome you with care and all-inclusive service all year round.
