Nestled between the Lot valley and the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this fully renovated, individually decorated semi-detached house welcomes you to a small hamlet in the Châtaigneraie Cantalienne region.
Many activities are available nearby: discover the Goul valley, the Truyère gorges, the Lot valley and the Cantal mountains. You can discover the region's rich architectural heritage by visiting the villages of Conques and Marcolès, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, and the Petites Cités de Caractère of Montsalvy and Marcolès. Fishing in the Goul and Lot rivers, canoeing at Vieillevie and Hiking are also available.
Located on the owners' farm, this Holiday cottage is totally independent.
It benefits from private enclosed grounds with parking, and a summer kitchen at the rear of the house with garden furniture and barbecue.

Séjour très agréable en Chataigneraie Cantalienne !
Le gîte, très bien situé pour rayonner entre les trois départements, est confortable et chaleureux, l'accueil des propriétaires extrêmement sympathique, leur présence toute proche très attentive et d'une grande discrétion. Pascal Au calme et sans chichi inutiles
Ormis quelques toiles d araignees inevitables a la campagne, tres bon accueil dans cet hebergement confortable. Certes mitoyen mais des proprietaires pas du tout intrusifs.

Extra ! Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, de bons conseils et disponibles. Très belle région. Le gîte est sublime, fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. De plus un jardin clôturé pour les toutous. Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable. A recommander sans conteste.
