Located just outside the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, this semi-detached house—adjacent to the owner’s home—welcomes you to a small, quiet hamlet. Just 30 meters away, you’ll have access to a private, unheated Piscine (reserved exclusively for you) measuring 8 x 4 meters, open from May 30 to August 29, 2026.
Nearby, you can visit Salers and Tournemire—both designated as “Most Beautiful Villages of France”—as well as the castles of Anjony, Saint-Chamant, and La Vigne. You can also go hiking in the Monts du Cantal, fishing (the Maronne and Bertrande rivers are nearby), and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Col de Légal ski resort.
This house features a fenced-in 1,500 m² lot with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and two barbecues (one electric and one charcoal).
On the ground floor, there is a built-in kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove (free firewood), a flat-screen TV, and ADSL internet access, as well as a bathroom with a toilet (grab bars installed and a shower seat available). On the first floor, the “Colombe” bedroom with one double bed and a walk-in closet, and the “Éloge de la folie” bedroom with one double bed and a half-bath.
