In the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this former flour mill dating from 1839 has been completely renovated and welcomes you to its peaceful setting on the banks of the Sumène river.

Completely renovated in 2020 with respect for tradition (lauze roof, exposed stonework, highlighting the mill's features), this Holiday cottage will provide you with all the comfort you need for rest and Wellbeing, thanks to its modern, bright layout.
At the foot of the estives, you can enjoy Hiking and Fishing on site. At the foot of Puy Mary, you can visit its glacial valleys (the Mars, Impradine and Santoire valleys, the Maronne, Aspre and Bertrande valleys, the Jordanne valley and the Petite Rhue valley). Whatever the season, you can explore the area on foot, snowshoes, skis or even paragliders. You can also explore the surrounding area by bike, with electric mountain bikes available for hire 7km away in Trizac. Swimming is not to be outdone, with numerous lakes and ponds (Trizac, Lastioulles). You'll appreciate our cultural visits to Salers, classified as one of France's most beautiful villages, the Château d'Auzers, the ruins of the Château d'Apchon, our Romanesque churches... Finally, you'll discover our gastronomy through the many local producers and restaurateurs who know how to sublimate it.
Situated in a secluded spot and accessible by a 200 m carriage road, this Holiday cottage has a semi-enclosed plot with a south-facing terrace on the water's edge and a carport. Pastoral surroundings with paths, banks, boulder, wooden footbridge and stone bridge.
First floor: living room with wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV and Internet access, equipped kitchenette, separate toilet with laundry area. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x200 beds that can be twinned into 1 x 180x200 bed (beds made on arrival), shower room (bathroom linen provided), separate toilet.
