Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, and just 5 km from the medieval town of Murat, this detached house on the banks of a stream, near the old Brujaleine mill, welcomes you in a peaceful setting (unused attached barn).
This region is ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities: hiking from the gîte and in the Cantal mountains, discovering the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, visiting Salers classified as one of France's most beautiful villages, Chastel rock, Lac du Pêcher, Lac Sauvage, Chambeuil waterfall, Super-Lioran resort with winter and summer activities (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice rink, mountain biking, accrobranche...).
A courtyard and a 2000 m² unfenced plot are at your disposal, with garden table and gas plancha. Private parking on the side.
First floor: spacious living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove (free wood), TV and wifi internet access, fully-equipped kitchenette, shower room with washing machine, separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate wc, a sitting area on the landing.
2nd floor: large dormitory with 4 single beds, separate toilet with washbasin. Possibility of two extra beds for children.
Electric heating included. Beds made up on arrival. All charges included. No cell phone network inside the gîte.
