Located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, between the Cère and Goul valleys, large detached character house renovated in 2019.
Nearby attractions include numerous hiking trails in and around the Monts du Cantal, the Pas de Cère gorges, the castles of Pesteils and Messilhac, the villages of Laguiole and Salers classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, the Sarrans dam, the Truyère gorges, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in Pailherols, and downhill skiing at the Super-Lioran ski resort.
The gîte has a courtyard and 1500 m² of unfenced land, a south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a swing set. Private parking in the courtyard.
First floor: large living room with dining area, open-plan kitchen, sitting area with open fireplace (free wood), flat-screen TV, wifi internet access (4G Home), separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 large bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and baby corner (cot, highchair, bath, deckchair, changing mat), shower room, separate wc. 2nd floor, attic, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, shower room with wc. Electric heating according to consumption.

Grizzly Séjour Noël 2025
Nous sommes venus passer Noël en famille avec les enfants et petits-enfants. Le séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes, le gîte était confortable et fonctionnel avec cheminée et bois fourni. Cerise sur le gâteau nous avons eu de la neige pour le réveillon. L’endroit est calme et reposant avec beaucoup de possibilités de balades. Les pistes du Lioran a 30’ et là ville de Vic-sur-Cère a 20’. Endroit très agréable. Je conseille le gîte

mmc Grand gîte avec vue magnifique
L’atout de ce gîte est la belle terrasse face à la nature, nous avons apprécié le coucher de soleil chaque soir.
Sinon le gîte est fonctionnel et adapté pour plusieurs familles (2 sdb et 3 wc)
Un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique région, au calme- Cleanliness

Super séjour en famille dans le Cantal... Le gîte est spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est absolument magnifique !!! Vacances en famille reposantes et ressourçantes. De belles randonnées sur place et à proximité. Pour les amateurs de calme, de grands espaces et de nature...

Pat30 Séjour en famille.
Séjour agréable au calme, belle vue, manque peut être des volets pour occulter les chambres. Nous n avons pu exploiter la région, à cause de la météo.
