Close to the Lot river and in the heart of the Châtaigneraie Cantalienne region, this fully renovated 19th century detached character house welcomes you to a peaceful little hamlet. "
Nestled between the Monts du Cantal and the Lot valley, this region is ideal for outdoor activities: Fishing (Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake), Hiking (Châtaigneraie, Lot valley and Monts du Cantal nearby), Swimming (equipped beaches and water sports at Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake and Tolerme lake).
You'll also be able to discover some of France's most beautiful villages, including Salers, Marcolès, Conques and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, as well as the towns of Laroquebrou and Maurs, and the sites of Padirac and Rocamadour.
The house benefits from an unfenced plot with carport and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with wood burner (free wood), flat-screen TV, separate toilet. On 1st floor, mezzanine relaxation area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, shower room with wc. Electric heating according to consumption.
Grocery store in Parlan 2 km. All shops and services in Le Rouget 7 km. Sheep in the meadow next to the Holiday cottage. Possibility of renting for 5 people.

Vacances Cantal
Le séjour s'est très bien passé,des jolies villages typiques du Cantal, beaucoup de lieux à visiter autour du gîte.
Le gîte est un lieu reposant, calme autour de moutons dans la pâture.
Le gîte est en pleine nature près du village de Parlant avec des commerces à proximité 2km à pied . nous avons fait des randonnées autour du gîte,bien signalé...
