Located near the Col d'Aulac, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this detached character house welcomes you to a small mountain hamlet.
This region is ideal for Hiking (Col d'Aulac, Vallée du Mars, Puy Mary), Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (Le Falgoux 15 km or at the Lioran and Prat de Bouc resorts), Fishing (Lake Trizac, Etang de Veirières 2 km, Lake Menet, Rivière le Mars) and Swimming (Lake Trizac). You can also discover the Cantalien built heritage: Romanesque church circuit, Mauriac basilica, Auzers and Trémolière castles, Salers medieval village classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages.
This Holiday cottage has a garage, terrace, veranda and 1500 m² of semi-enclosed grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. There's also a pétanque court, a swing, a ping-pong table and table soccer.
On the first floor, kitchenette, spacious living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove (a basket of wood is provided, additional wood will be charged at €60/m3), wifi internet access, DVD player and telephone, shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and TV, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed and TV, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed, 1 x 130cm bed and TV, bathroom, separate wc. Bed linen provided and Beds made on arrival. Electric heating according to consumption.
