Overlooking the Maronne Valley, this holiday cottage—with an upstairs entrance—features a 900m² fenced-in property with a garage and private parking. You can enjoy a relaxing time on the front terrace, which features a lounge area, while taking in an unobstructed view of Puy Violent. At the back, there is another terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and a swing set.
On the first level, there is a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a flat-screen TV and internet access, one bedroom with a 160x200 bed, one bedroom with three 90x200 beds (two of which can be combined to form one 180x200 bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the second level, there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds that can be combined into 1 180x200 bed, and a shower room with a separate toilet. A large laundry room is available in the basement. Ping-pong table and foosball table available. Oil-fired central heating included. Rates are all inclusive.
