On the outskirts of Aurillac, this charming 19th-century detached house of character welcomes you in pleasant, peaceful surroundings. Fishing is a pleasure at the Crandelles Lake, 4 km away. You'll also find a large nautical base 20 minutes away at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès (swimming, canoeing, pedal-boating, sailing, aquapark, accrobranche...). A wide range of activities are available: Hiking and mountain biking on site, golf 10 km away, numerous castles, Cantal mountains, medieval town of Laroquebrou 14 km away. Nordic activities and Ski at Super Lioran or Col de Légal.
This house has 480 m² of unfenced land, a terrace and a 10 m² shed. First floor: fully-equipped kitchenette, living room with fireplace (free wood burner), flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, wifi internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed (bed made on arrival), bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (120cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet. Electric heating included. All-inclusive rates.

Paule et Jean-Pierre nous ont accueilli avec bienveillance ! C est la deuxième fois que nous revenons dans ce gîte idéalement situé pour faire de magnifiques randonnées.
Le gîte est toujours aussi bien agencé et bien pensé.
Nous avons apprécié la cheminée en soirée tout en dégustant une bonne truffade!
Des livres touristiques et contes sur la région sont à disposition …
Paule et Jean Pierre sont aussi de bon conseil pour vous indiquer les randonnées à faire et les restaurants à privilégier.
