Located on the shores of Lake Saint-Etienne-Cantalès, at the end of a cul-de-sac, this holiday cottage is attached to another holiday cottage overlooking the lake.
Many activities are available on the lake during the summer, just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away: swimming, an Aqua Park, boat rental, water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, a tree-top adventure course, and beach volleyball courts at Rénac Beach. You can go fishing with access to the Lake on foot just 100 meters from the holiday cottage. You can enjoy the fully renovated municipal Piscine with 3 water slides, located 1 km away. You can also explore the medieval town of Salers, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, the Petite Cité de Caractère of Laroquebrou, the Grand Site National de France of Puy Mary, and the Cantal Mountains. About an hour’s drive away: Conques, Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour. Local highlights: the Aster artwork on the arch of the Saint-Etienne-Cantalès dam, an educational apiary, and a tour of the dam.
This fishing holiday cottage features a fenced-in 650 m² lot and a terrace with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Storage room and laundry room in the basement.
On the ground floor: living room with flat-screen TV and Wifi Internet, fully equipped kitchen (including a standard electric coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker), bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor, one bedroom with one double bed. Beds come with duvets. Electric heating included. Rates include all utilities.
