Located on the edge of the Saint-Etienne-Cantalès lake, at the end of a cul-de-sac, this gite adjoins another gite overlooking the lake.
Numerous activities are available on the lake in summer, just 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot: swimming, Aqua Park, boat hire, water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, accrobranche and beach volleyball courts at Rénac plage. Fishing is also available, with access to the lake just 100m from the gîte. The fully renovated municipal swimming pool with 3 slides is 1 km away. You can also discover the medieval town of Salers, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, the Petite Cité de Caractère of Laroquebrou, the Grand Site National de France of Puy Mary, and the Cantal mountains. About an hour's drive: Conques, Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour. Local attractions: Aster artwork on the vault of the Saint-Etienne-Cantalès dam, educational apiary and tour of the dam.
This gîte has 650m² of enclosed grounds and a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Storage and laundry room in the basement.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV, wifi Internet access, fully-equipped kitchen (classic electric coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker), bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, one bedroom with 1 double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. On the 1st floor, one bedroom with 1 double bed. Beds equipped with comforters. Electric heating included. Rates include all utilities.
