Located 11 km from the medieval town of Salers, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, this wood-frame house built in 2023 welcomes you to the small village of Drugeac. Rented from Sunday to Sunday all year round.
Nearby activities include: fishing, swimming and water sports at the Enchanet and St Etienne Cantalès lakes, numerous hikes in and around the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, Dordogne gorges, Salins waterfall, velorail departing from Drugeac (opposite the gîte), Nordic activities in winter at Le Falgoux and Col de Légal (cross-country skiing and snowshoeing).
The gîte benefits from a fenced garden to one side, where you can enjoy your meals on the terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Two reserved parking spaces across the road from the gîte. Bicycle storage available in the cellar.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV, wifi Internet access, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table and eight stools, separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs, one bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be converted into 180x200 and an 80x190 high bed for a child, private shower room with wc, one bedroom with a 180x200 bed and an 80x190 high bed for a child, private bathroom with wc.
Central heating by heat pump according to consumption (underfloor heating on first floor and radiators upstairs). Rates include all charges in high and very high seasons. Located opposite the velorail reception area.
