In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this semi-detached gîte is nestled in a small mid-mountain hamlet at 1100m altitude. The owners, who live just behind the gîte, will be delighted to welcome you 3 km from Valuéjols, in the heart of the Saint-Flour planèze.
There's plenty to do nearby: visit the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, go hiking, discover the Cantal mountains, go Nordic skiing at the Super-Lioran, Prat de Bouc and Le Ché ski resorts.
You can also enjoy water sports on the Truyère gorges, fish in the white waters of the Alagnon or relax at the Caleden spa in Chaudes-Aigues.
You'll enjoy 200 m² of private, unfenced grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and a covered terrace with lounge area.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchenette, dining room with pellet stove (€7 per bag). On the half-level, living room with flat-screen TV and fiber-optic internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, laundry room, shower room with toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140X200. Electric heating according to consumption. Pet deposit €50 and cleaning deposit €60. Possibility of renting with gîte 809.

ClarisseG Un séjour parfait dans un cadre paisible
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement chaleureux, accueillants et attentifs à nos besoins. Ils nous ont même réservé une belle surprise en nous offrant un cadeau de bienvenue, ce qui a tout de suite donné le ton d'un séjour agréable.
La maison est très bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Mention spéciale pour le poêle à granulés, qui apporte une chaleur douce et agréable, surtout en soirée.
La situation géographique est idéale : entre Murat et Saint-Flour, nous avons pu profiter de la proximité des commerces et des sites touristiques tout en savourant le calme et la tranquillité du hameau. Un véritable havre de paix pour se ressourcer !
Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Muriel Worms Gite au top
Sans exagérer, c'est le meilleur gîte qu'on ait pu avoir !!! Il est grand et spacieux, hyper confortable, très bien équipé, la literie est au top et il y a tout le nécessaire et plus encore Le petit plus qui n'est pas négligeable est le petit jardin très agréable notamment la terrasse couverte.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, très arrangeants et aux petits soins. Ils sont également pleins de bon conseils pour les visites.
Le gîte est très bien situé pour faire un maximum de visites sans faire des heures de route : Murat, St flour, le plomb du Cantal, le puy Mary, les gorges du pas de cère, Salers, le viaduc de garabit...
Je ne peux que recommander !!!
