Situated 8 km from Mauriac, between the Cantal mountains and the Dordogne valley, this detached house welcomes you to a small hamlet off the D922.
Hiking in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne (Puy Mary, Puy Violent, Mars valley...), discovering the Salins waterfall, walking or cycling along the Piste Verte (green trail), and fishing at the Etang de Lavaurs. You can also discover the region's built heritage by visiting Salers and Tournemire, classified as France's Most Beautiful Villages, the castles of Auzers, Val and Trémolière, and the City of Mauriac.
This Holiday cottage benefits from a garage, 2500 m² of unfenced land and two terraces with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

AnnyL Un gite très bien situé
Depuis plus de 30 années de location Gites de France, nous n'avions jamais vu un gite aussi propre ! Tout est prévu pour faire la cuisine, il ne manque rien. la literie est bonne (et pourtant mon époux est difficile). Le gite est idéalement situé à quelques kilomètres de Mauriac (tous commerces), de la ville médiévale de Salers (30 minutes) et aussi de la Corrèze. La salle des fêtes à 500 m du gite ne doit pas vous effrayer : nous avons eu deux jours de fête et une soirée concert et nous n'avons rien entendu. Pour terminer :la Senséo tombée en panne a été rapidement remplacée par une neuve. J'allais oublier le très bon accueil de Denise et ses salades du jardin.

Pour 2eme année consécutive nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le gite les lavandes à Jaleyrac avec le soleil et des propriétaires très sympathiques nous recommandons très vivement ce gite bien placé pour visiter le Cantal et son point de vue sur la campagne environnante
