Situated in the heart of nature, facing the Cantal mountains, this character house adjoining another gîte (n°364) welcomes you to a pleasant hamlet close to the Lac d'Enchanet.
Numerous activities are available nearby: fishing, swimming and water sports at the Enchanet and Saint-Etienne-Cantalès lakes, walks along the Maronne gorges, hiking in the Cantal mountains, visits to Salers and Tournemire, classified as France's Most Beautiful Villages, the medieval town of Laroquebrou classified as a Small Town of Character, discovery of the Padirac chasm, the town of Rocamadour, the Merle Towers and the Dordogne valley.
Private parking, terrace and enclosed grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. There's also an enclosed communal area with a swing and ping-pong table.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV, connected sound bar, wifi internet access, fireplace with wood-burning stove (€10 per wheelbarrow), fully-equipped kitchenette, laundry room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80X200 that can be twinned into 1 bed 160, shower room with WC.
Beds made up on arrival and towels provided. Electric heating according to consumption. Cleaning deposit 80€.
