Situated in the heart of the Planèze de Saint-Flour and the Natura 2000 area, this fully-renovated detached character house dating from 1786 welcomes you to a peaceful setting.
Nearby activities: agricultural museum in Coltines, Hiking (Monts du Cantal, GR4 and GR400), Cross-country skiing (dog sledding and cross-country skiing at Le Ché 5 km, Prat de Bouc ski resort 15 km and Super-Lioran ski resort 20 km), visits to the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour.
You'll benefit from a 1000m² semi-enclosed plot, a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, and a carport.
First floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace (wood-burning stove 60 €/m3), flat-screen TV (140 cm), stereo, fiber-optic wifi internet access, storeroom with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed and private shower room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Electric heating according to consumption. Equipment room. Pets allowed at an extra charge of €30 per week.

Très bon accueil par la personne en charge de la réception des locataires.
Gîte au calme, bien équipé, et situé près d'un domaine nordique.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de livret d'accueil donnant les informations utiles quel que soit le domaine (commerces, santé, ...)
Autre point : les téléphones mobiles ne captent pas dans la maison, il est nécessaire d'utiliser la possibilité d'appel wi-fi des téléphones pour recevoir appels ou sms.- Cleanliness

.Nicole et Martial Une maison confortable pour un agréable séjour
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette belle maison. Ses murs épais nous ont permis de profiter d'une température idéale jour et nuit même par forte chaleur. Ce gîte est particulièrement bien équipé, il n'y manque rien et le jardin est agréable. Sa localisation, centrale sur la planèze cantalienne,permet de faire de belles excursions sans faire trop de kilomètres. En outre, on a pu profiter de commerçants d'exception à proximité (boulanger, ferme fromagère et artisan charcutier). Tout cela à contribué à la qualité de notre séjour, aussi nous reviendrons !
