Between the Cantal mountains and the Truyère gorges, this region is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking, fishing (the Siniq and Brezons rivers are nearby), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Pailherols ski area, swimming and water sports at the Laussac peninsula. You can also visit the medieval towns of Vic-sur-Cère and Mur de Barrez, the spa town of Chaudes-Aigues and the Garabit viaduct. Visit the owner's farm on request.
This gîte benefits from private, unfenced grounds with garden furniture and a shared courtyard with another gîte and the owner's house.
First floor: large living room with wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV and Internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, separate toilet. Garden level: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, separate wc. Beds made up on arrival and towels provided. Electric heating included. Rates include all charges. Possibility of renting with gîte n°655 for 8 people.
