Located in the heart of Carladès, this independent house of character from 1796 renovated in 2016 welcomes you on the heights of the village of Carlat. Many activities are possible nearby: rock climbing 400 meters away, virtual visit of the old rock fortress in Carlat, discovery of the Small City of Character of Raulhac, discovery of the Ronesque site, golf practice in Vézac , fishing, nautical activities and bathing in the lake of Sarrans, visit of castles, numerous excursions possible in the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne.
You benefit from enclosed grounds with two terraces and an unobstructed view of Aubrac and Aveyron.
On the ground floor, living room with pellet stove (bags of pellets provided), flat screen TV, DVD player, CD radio, kitchen area, bathroom with closed toilet (shower 80x120cm, ceiling height 1.95m ). Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and relaxation area on the mezzanine with small library and board games. Bed made on arrival. Baby equipment (high chair, cot, safety barrier, bath). Electric heating according to consumption. Prices all charges included in high and very high seasons.
Shops in Vézac 7 km (grocery store, bakery, butcher, bars, restaurants). Shops and services in Arpajon/Cère 12 km. Aurillac 17 km.
