Located in the heart of the Carladès region, this detached character house built in 1796 and renovated in 2016 welcomes you to the heights of the village of Carlat. Numerous activities are available nearby: rock-climbing 400 m away, a virtual visit to the ancient fortress of the rock at Carlat, discovering the Petite Cité de Caractère at Raulhac, discovering the Ronesque site, playing golf at Vézac, fishing, water sports and swimming at Lac de Sarrans, visiting castles and hiking in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne.

First floor: living room with pellet stove (pellet bags supplied), flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio CD player, kitchenette, bathroom with closed toilet (80x120cm shower, 1.95m ceiling height). Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and mezzanine sitting area with small library and board games. Bed made up on arrival. Baby equipment (high chair, cot, safety gate, bathtub). Electric heating according to consumption. Rates include all charges in high and very high seasons.
